3. What do we do with your Personal Data?
Your personal data are processed at the office of BEEP BG EOOD, located in Bulgaria, 17A Tintyava St., Sofia. The hosting and storage of your data is done by our certified hosting partner.
Third parties who may have access to your personal information: on E-pay electronic payments; courier companies such as Speedy, Rapido, ECONT; Google analitycs, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads.

4. How long do we keep them?
According to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, we are obliged to keep your documents for a period of 10 years, in accordance with the Data Retention Policy.
After this period, your personal data stored with us will be permanently destroyed. All personal information stored by us for marketing and service announcement notices will be stored by us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

5. What are your rights?
If you believe that the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request to view, correct, or delete this information. To do this, please contact us at office@beep.bg.
If you would like to file a complaint about the way we processed your personal information, please contact us office@beep.bg. We will investigate your complaint and make every effort to resolve the issue.

If you continue to believe that your personal data have not been lawfully processed, you can contact the Commission for Personal Data Protection and file a complaint with them.
